Tabata abs. We moved pretty quick through the rounds so no runs in between.
Round one: 1 min each exercise. Bulgarian split squats. Mountain climber twists. Russian twist. Boat hold.
Round two: 1 min each exercise. Kettlebell swing. Scissor kicks. Plank shoulder taps. Rosy in and outs.
Round three: 1 min each exercise. Warwall (elevated Norwal). Jack knife crunches. Renegade rows. Toe touches.
Lunge squat shuffle.
Repeat three rounds again. In between second round we did 20 over head presses and 25 skull crushers.
