June 8th is an infamous day in my past so I used that as inspiration for today’s Tabata.
Warmup: We did 10 IC Windmills and 10 IC Jumping Jax
THE THANG:
Take a gander at the pic of my board. You may notice that the exercises in each section spell a word. They aren’t nice words. We did each exercise for 50 seconds followed by a 10 second rest. We did each section twice.
At the end I explained the theme – on June 8th 2001 I got married. 0/10 would not recommend. Each word spelled out by the exercises on the board accurately describes my ex. 🤣😂🤣
So every year on this day I’m reminded of how bad things can be and yet how awesome they can become!
We closed out with CoT, NoR and prayers for the sick and the recently departed, and unspoken stresses. Thanks for humoring me yet again ladies with my shenanigans!
