We had a break in the cold weather and had temps in the 60s this evening for our beatdown, lucky us! Inspired by this months’ bingo board I decided to introduce the ladies to Bruce Lee where we did 6 rounds of 6 ab exercises followed by run each round. But since burpees were also on the board, I challenged the ladies to do 4 burpees at the start of every round so we could check off more boxes. After our Bruce Lee we did bat wings, 2 rings of Fire doing toy soldiers passing 10 squats, Sally and then finishing the beatdown with the last 4 burpees.
We did our name-o-Rama, recited the Lord’s Prayer, and said goodbye until next time.
