Two is better than one. I was thankful our FNG from Saturday, Mamacita, came out tonight to work out with me. The weather was gorgeous. We missed everyone who is traveling this week. We did some static stretches and some jumping jacks to warm up and then on to the main thing.
Bruce Lee – We had 6 ab exercises in which we did 20 reps (or sets) before taking a lap. We did this for 6 rounds but the last 2 rounds had 10 reps so we had time to make it through the BLIMPS one time. The 6 ab exercises were as follows:
In & Outs
Big Girl Sit Ups
Russian Twists (sets)
Heel Digs (sets)
On to the BLIMPS – we only made it thru once before we ran out of time.
B – 5 burpees (or jump squats for anyone with back issues like myself)
L – 10 lunges total
I – 15 imperial walkers total
M – 20 merkins
P – 25 plank jacks
S – 30 squats
Mamacita, it was so nice having some one on one time to get to know you better. We said a quick prayer and nameorama before heading out for the rest of our night.
