10 ladies joined me on this beautiful fall morning even after my pre-blast said I was gonna put a hurtin on them 😇
We warmed up with some arm circles & TTT in cadence (even though Domino was the only one counting).
Then we got started on THE THANG!
I’ve been wanting to use the stairs at The Mill for awhile & today I got my chance!!
I just made a simple Dora & sometimes those are the ones that get you! While your partner was doing the exercise you would run to the bottom of the stairs, complete 10 squats, & then run back up.
200 Calf Raises
400 Glute Bridges
Then we all either ran a lap or walked the top!
300 Monkey Humpers – this is when the Southern Harms came out & the cussing started 😉
We didn’t get through all the lunges & then it was time to circle up & name our FNG!! When we were going to take our picture our sweet FNG snorted while laughing. I joked that we were going to name her Snorts, little did we know that has been a lifelong nickname & she loved it!!!
