It was national All or Nothing Day and 9 beautiful ladies joined me for some fun this morning. We definitely gave it our all and left nothing behind!
We started out with a Never Have I Ever warm-up. The no’s did side shuffles and the yes’ did skips. Once we had our heart rates up a little we felt warmed up enough to get into the thang!
The Thang…Each pax partnered up. We did 200 reps of each exercise divided among the partners. One partner ran suicides while the other did the exercise and then switched.
Upright row to tricep kickback
Knee in twists (sets) – this was an in & out but when you brought your knees in you twisted bringing both knees to one shoulder. This was a tough one, but we got it done.
We didn’t get to the last exercise because of time, but that was ok because we were all dripping in sweat and not just because of the humidity
