I have to admit, I was nervous for my first Saturday Q with the ladies of The Thicket.  12 other PAX joined me for a warm up of stretching, arm circles, Michael Phelps and toy soldiers in as I explained the Mermaid workout!

Rinse and Repeat  3 times 😊

After doing this workout I get why mermaids look the way they do! We finished right at an hour and had COT and Name-a-Rama.  Thank you for joining me everyone. You did an awesome job and I love getting to start my weekend with you all!
