BackBlast:

In celebration of National Dice Day, we brought out the dice. We warmed up with some arm circles and leg stretches. We started by going through the order 1 to 12 and ran a lap. Then did 6 dice rolls, ran a lap, 6 dice rolls, ran a lap, and another round of 6 dice rolls with a final lap. There were lots of 7s (burpees) but I didn’t keep count of all the other numbers. It ended up being a good work out!

3 – 25 Russian Twists (sets)

4 – 25 Mountain climbers (sets)

5 – 25 Bicep Curls

6 – 25 Heisman (sets)

7 – 5 Burpees

8 – 10 Pushups

9 – 20 triceps kick backs

10 – 10 Reverse Squats (sets)

11 – 15 Overhead Press

12 – 20 Hillbillys (sets)
