Flat course? Yes! Breezy conditions? Yes! All women (mostly) runners? Yes! At the beach for the Zooma Amelia Island races? Nope… thank you very much 2020.
It was a pleasant, breezy start with our Fri-yay run group, and despite not being at the beach, we had a great bunch of awesome ladies to take on the miles! 3 of us had registered for the now Virtual Zoooma series of races at Amelia Island and today was our Lighthouse Loop 5k.
There were some PRs (Anchor), some longer mileage runners, and lots of smiles to go around!
