Today we walked a lap to warm-up and then I explained the workout and we got started. We worked from the bottom row all the way to the top and then back down. Here are the exercises per row:
Bottom Row: 10 burpees, 10 alt. Ground to OHP, 10 hand release push-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 alt. Ground to OHP, 10 burpees
5th row: 15 high knees per leg, 15 reverse fly, 15 heismans per side, 15 scap push-ups, 15 jump squats
4th row: 20 upright rows holding wide squat, 20 skull crushers in chair pose, 20 bicep curls with alt. lunges, 20 lateral/front shoulder raises
3rd row: 30 penguins, 30 toe touches, 30 hip thrusts
2nd row: 60 jumping jacks, 60 mountain climbers
top row: 60 count plank
We ended with stretches, COT, and prayer.
