Straight Shooter wasn’t feeling to hot so I took over her Q. I pulled out an oldie but goody with a few modifications.
The Thang:
Warm Up: Running in place, Arm stretches, Michael Phelps. Through the Tunnels (ic) and Leg stretches
Pyramid – See pic
Each row on the pyramid has a specified exercise and number of reps. Perform the row and run/walk a lap between.
We had a couple of extra minutes so we rolled the exercise dice a few times. We added 10 burpees, 15 lunges- each leg and 25 crunches.
We took a pic, did CoT and Name-o-Rama. We missed everyone that couldn’t make it.
