I was prepared for downpours so we set up on the stage, but the rain held off and let us get a few laps in! We warmed up with Jumping Jacks and Toy Soldiers IC, then took a lap and got started.
We did three rounds of exercises, first some 11s of Merkins to Monkey Humpers. Then we ran a lap.
Next we played a little dice game that allowed for crowd participation. Each number on the die corresponded with a general exercise (Flys, Crunches, Squats, etc) but the PAX had to choose the specifics – Narrow vs Sumo vs Plié vs Bulgarian Split on the Squats for example. We did two rounds through the group then ran a lap.
Lastly we did a final set of 11s, Shoulder Taps to Shoulder Press. And of course, finished with a lap.
A quick prayer, names and COT and we were on our way to brace for the coming cold!
