Monday morning and a little warmer was perfect for a unique tabata split with two PAX. We took 5 mins to warm up, doing 30 seconds of each movement 2X through: Arm Circles, Michael Phelps, Squats, Good Mornings, and Slow MTN Climbers.

The Thang! Each round had a similar format as shown below. We repeated each round 2X.

Round 1:
45 sec on/15 sec rest: Weighted Squats
30 sec on/15 sec rest: Bodyweight Squats
20 sec cardio: Jump Squat

Round 2:
45 sec on/15 sec rest: Deadlift
30 sec on/15 sec rest: Good Mornings
20 sec cardio: Pylo Lunge

Round 3:
45 sec on/15 sec rest: Chest Press
30 sec on/15 sec rest: Shoulder Taps
20 sec cardio: Merkin

Round 4:
45 sec on/15 sec rest: Concentration Curls
30 sec on/15 sec rest: Hallelujahs
20 sec cardio: Jumping Jack

Round 5:
45 sec on/15 sec rest: Glute Bridge
30 sec on/15 sec rest: Penguins
20 sec cardio: Bicycles

We cooled down with a walking lap, pic, and a prayer.
