6 lovely PAX joined me Saturday at the Playground Pavilion. We did Tabata style workouts and worked our way through these pages (pic). We all did the exercises together vs separating into different groups. I enjoyed listening to JoyFM’s LF radio (positive hip-hop) channel on their ap. We stayed warm & mostly dry. We shared many things that are on our hearts & prayed. I brought hot water & teabags + bananas & powdered coconut creamer. Wahoo!
